AFTER RENOVATION

Preparing the property for launch

After the renovation is complete, I take the property to the point where it can be rented out, sold or handed over to the owner.

Cleaning and final inspection

Deep cleaning, final checks and correction of outstanding details.

Furnishing and setup

Furniture, appliances, textiles, kitchenware and everything needed for the chosen use.

Photos and listing

Preparing the property for photography, taking the photos and publishing the listing.

Launch and management

Tenant search, preparation for sale or ongoing property support.
