MY APPROACH

I live and work in Greece and help buyers through the entire process: from the initial idea and calculations to completion, renovation and launch of the property.

I entered real estate first as an investor. I bought properties myself and went through transactions, renovations, rentals and flips. So I know the process not only from the consultant's side.

Today I work with homes for personal use, investment properties, long- and short-term rentals, flipping and Golden Visa projects.

I am an economist by education, so I look not only at square metres and a beautiful view, but also at the numbers, costs, risks and a clear use strategy for the property.

InvestorI have personally gone through buying, renovating, renting and flipping.

Project economicsI calculate the budget, costs, risks and real outcome before entering a transaction.

GreeceI live here and support transactions for clients from different countries, including fully remotely.

I do not sell a property just for the sake of selling it. My job is to understand the goal, calculate the economics and bring the project to a result.
